I was a technical executive for Motors department in an Insurance company and was lucky for having been selected to join the AAB team from an interview held in Sri Lanka by the AAB management team in 2009.
During the past years, the greatest things I have learned at AAB is the concept of Kaizen which makes sure all individuals continually develop and improve by doing thorough study (Genshi Genbutsu) to confirm facts before going for the right decisions.
